Community health promotion programs are developed in response to community needs. These programs are designed to allow individuals, priority groups and the community to improve their overall health.
Community programs are offered by the community health promotion team: the coordinator of health promotion, the health promotion worker, the case manager as well as volunteers of the Centre.
Community activities are open to all residents of West Nipissing, and are offered in various areas.
Some activities are targeted to specific age groups, and you must register for the closed groups as they have a start date and end date. Please complete an Application Form or call the center before attending an activity as some groups are full. See the Community Programs Calendar to view the schedule and location of activities. All the groups are free, except for a materials fee for scrapbooking.
