The Older Adults Staying in Shape (OASIS) is a holistic health program that meets the social, physical, emotional, mental health and cognitive needs of older adults living in West Nipissing. Registration required. *This program is currently at full capacity*
This program is designed to keep seniors active all while socializing and having fun! A mix of active games and low-impact exercises will be offered. Programming will vary by week. This group is geared towards seniors aged 65+.
Our Pilates class incorporates a variety of stretching and core strengthening exercises. The main benefits include improving postural alignment, balance, strength, flexibility and overall fitness levels. Join this class if you want to engage your muscles in a strong but gentle way!
