This program is designed to keep seniors active all while socializing and having fun! A mix of active games and low-impact exercises will be offered. Programming will vary by week. This group is geared towards seniors aged 65+.
Members of this group meet weekly to socialize and to knit or crochet various items for either personal use or to make donations in the community (women’s shelter, red scarf project, tree of warmth, etc.). Click here to register.
