This program is designed for beginners to seasoned painters; no painting experience required. Join this group to socialize, meet new people, share laughs, and have fun all while painting your own masterpiece.

The Alzheimer Society Adult Day Program offers a safe, structured and stimulating environment that provides clients with meaningful activities and basic personal care while respecting their life history, cultural and spiritual beliefs.
This class aims to maintain flexibility, strength and balance in a respectful environment by combining simple poses, breathing techniques and mindfulness, to calm the mind and energize the body.
The Dynaband program is an exercise program for older adults using dyna bands (elastic bands), and other exercise equipment. This class has components of endurance, balance and strength exercises and finishes with stretching. Come join us at the Lavigne Community Centre every Tuesday from 10:00-11:00!
