The Older Adults Staying in Shape (OASIS) is a holistic health program that meets the social, physical, emotional, mental health and cognitive needs of older adults living in West Nipissing.
Participants meet to socialize and work on their personal scrapbooking projects together. The cost to participate is $4.00 per session to cover materials
Sewing for a cause! Participants work on various projects (pyjamas, clothing, quilts, etc.) based on needs.
